The nominee of the Designated Fair Trade Campus Award has received, in the past year, its Fairtrade Canada Fair Trade Designation. The nominee has therefore taken a big step towards fair trade by posing one or more actions that have supported the fair trade movement in Quebec.
The designated fair trade campus award recognizes the campuses, colleges and universities of Quebec demonstrating a deep commitment to fair trade. The nominated campus has a long-term vision for large-scale awareness and support of fair trade on campus in Quebec City and surrounding communities.
Through its actions on its campus, the Fair Trade Campus Designation Committee met all Fairtrade Canada Fair Trade Campus requirements. The nominee for this category has been awarded the Fair Trade Campus designation in the past year.
