The beers offered by La Korrigane are brewed in a traditional way and meet high quality standards. They are unfiltered, unpasteurized and contain no chemicals, preservatives, or artificial flavors.
La Korrigane also offers affordable light menus prepared mainly from seasonal local products. The mission of the company includes a cultural and social component aimed at promoting micro-enterprises in Quebec. La Korrigane wants to promote local and regional agri-food companies and especially small-scale artisanal producers. La Korrigane wants to operate according to principles of sustainable development. It has in mind a clear vision of the indivisibility of environmental, social, and economic efficiency. Its mission is one of tasting, of course, but also and above all of education and openness.
The Quebec Fair Trade Month thanks La Korrigane for hosting its events so warmly for several years.

Galo Vilches-Cabrera, a multidisciplinary artist, has developed his art by the mediums of comics, cinema, theater, painting, sculpture and tarot. Always looking for new places to show and share his art with the public, he invites the public to enter his creative universe. That is why he began to write and direct plays. It is through these pieces that he realizes and succeeds in expressing himself in the most direct and complete way possible; that is to say, he writes, directs, creates the decor, paints and sculpts, and shares his art with a most varied audience.
His vision and passion for art led him on a spiritual quest. It is by traveling that his mind opens completely to art, and this, in all its forms. All the countries he visited and experiences lived influenced his vision of art and that of the world, that is, it became more cosmopolitan. He began to integrate various cultural, religious, social and mystical elements into his works. Through his work, he wishes to highlight tolerance and understanding between cultural differences.
